For each persona you create within Himyo, we may collect:

• Persona name and avatar

• Interests and preferences
• Custom attributes (height, weight, occupation, etc.)

1.3 Content You Create

• Posts and images you share on the Plaza
• Messages you send in chats
• Comments and interactions with other users
• Content shared in Spaces

1.4 Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with Himyo:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Log data and analytics information
• Crash reports and performance data

1.5 Purchase and Transaction Information

When you make purchases within Himyo, we may collect:

• Purchase history and transaction records
• Product IDs and subscription details
• Payment verification data (through Apple/Google payment systems)
• Purchase receipts for subscription verification
• Coin balance and usage history

Note: We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Content you post publicly on the Plaza or share in Spaces will be visible to other users of Himyo. Messages you send in private chats are only visible to you and the recipient.

4.3 Legal Requirements

You can access and update your account information and persona details at any time through the app settings.

5.2 Delete Your Account

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal information and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

5.3 Content Control

You can edit or delete content you have posted, including posts, comments, and messages.

5.4 Communication Preferences

You can control notification settings within the app to manage how and when we communicate with you.

6. Children's Privacy

Himyo is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country of residence. By using Himyo, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

8.1 Purchase Processing

All in-app purchases, including coin purchases and subscriptions, are processed through:

• Apple App Store: For iOS users, subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions
• Google Play Store: For Android users, subject to Google Play Terms of Service

Your payment information is handled entirely by these platforms. We do not have access to your payment card details.

8.2 Purchase Verification and Restoration

To verify your purchases and enable restoration across devices, we may:

• Store purchase receipts and transaction identifiers
• Validate subscription status through app store APIs
• Maintain records of coin purchases and balances
• Track subscription expiry dates and renewal status

8.3 Subscription Management

For subscription-based purchases (Pro and Plus memberships):

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings
• We store your subscription type, start date, and expiry date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

8.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to:

• Apple users: Request refunds through Apple App Store customer support
• Android users: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer support

We follow the refund policies of the respective app stores. Once a purchase is processed, we cannot directly issue refunds.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Purchase and transaction records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes, typically for a period of 7 years after the transaction date or as required by applicable law.

Our app integrates with Apple App Store and Google Play Store for payment processing. When you make a purchase, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies:
